Our campsite is situated in quiet and lovely country under Klet - the highest hill in Blansky wood / 1, 084 metres above sea - level / . It borders the Polecnice river and the Chvalsiny stream on the South and East. There is a deciduous and coniferous wood on the North and a quiet country road and a cycling path on the West.
The camp has 140 power points over 4 hectars of land. There are modern washing and toilet facilities , which are large enough for the whole camp. They are also suitable for invalid. You can try delicious Czech food at the restaurant which was reconstructed from the original old wayside pub. You can sit inside at the bar or outside. We can offer you barbecue outside too.
You can bye all goods which you need in the small town of Kajov, which is approx. 500 metres from our camp. The dominant feature of town is a lovely pilgrimage Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary from 14. century which is the most important late Gothic monument in South Bohemia. It is said that there is miraculos water in a little well near the church. Thousands of pilgrims go to see the church and the little well every second Sunday of November. We have our own drinking water from 30 metres deep shaft in a granit bed and our own ecological sewage system.
There is a playground for children and another one for volleyball, basketball and tennis and a petanque court within our area.

You can undertake various journeys on your foot or bicycle in the surrounding area. The surroundings : The caravan camp lies in the Protected landscaped area of Blansky wood and it is said that it is the first point when you want to visit the Protected area, which extends over 21, 450 hectars of land and is criss - crossed by 200 kilometres of cycling paths. Blansky wood lies at the food of the Sumava Mountains and it is such a gorgeous healthy environment which has not been damaged by human activity. More at : www.ckrumlov.cz
To the Southwest of our camp there is the biggest and the most well - preserved natural park in Central Europe - the Sumava Natural Park. It is spread over 69, 000 hectares and there are coniferous and deciduous woods with a lot of natural peat bogs. You can admire the lakes of glacial origin. The surroundings area is very sparely settled there. The Sumava Natural Park adjoins the Bavarian Forest Natural Park. 18 kilometres to the South is the 44 kilometres long lake Lipno which we call our Sumava See. 2 kilometres to the East in the deep meandering valley there is the most beautiful and architectural the most well - preserved town of the Czech Republic - Cesky Krumlov, which has been included among the monuments on the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage list. In that region you can meet history wherever you go. There are more than 2, 000 historical monuments there.
